When you create a LeadLetter account, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide. When you use the research and generation features, we process the URLs and business information you submit. We store the messages and contacts you create in our system.
We use your data to provide the LeadLetter service, including researching businesses, generating outreach messages, and managing your contact pipeline. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your generated messages or contact data to train AI models.
LeadLetter uses Supabase for database storage, Anthropic for AI processing, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for transactional emails. Each of these providers processes your data under their own privacy policies. When you connect SmartLead, your API key is stored encrypted in our database and used only to push leads on your behalf.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days. You can request a copy of your data or deletion at any time by emailing support@leadletter.tech.
LeadLetter uses cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies we set are necessary for the service to function.
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. API keys you provide (such as SmartLead) are encrypted before storage. We never log or expose your API keys in plaintext.
