LeadLetter is a research-driven cold outreach platform that writes personalized messages by actually reading your prospect's website.

What makes LeadLetter different

Most cold email tools use templates with merge tags. You write a template once, swap in the company name and industry, and send the same message to everyone. Recipients can tell.

LeadLetter does something different. For every prospect, it:

  1. Reads their website and classifies their industry
  2. Extracts specific facts, angles, and signals
  3. Selects the most appropriate outreach framework
  4. Generates a message using their specific data
  5. Validates the output to remove AI patterns

The result is a message that references something real about that specific business, not a template with their name inserted.

The core workflow

Step 1: Set up your profile. In Discovery, you tell LeadLetter who you are, what you offer, and how you write. This context shapes every message the system writes for you.

Step 2: Add a prospect. Paste any business URL on the dashboard. LeadLetter reads their site in the background.

Step 3: Generate. The system produces a researched cold email, LinkedIn message, social DM, or text message. You review and send.

Step 4: Track. Mark replies and wins. The system learns what works for your specific audience over time.

What you can generate

Each generation produces up to four channel outputs from one research pass:

  • Cold email with subject line
  • LinkedIn direct message
  • Social DM (Twitter, Instagram)
  • Text message

You pay for one generation. You get up to four messages.

Getting started

Go to Discovery and complete your profile. It takes about 90 seconds. Then come back to the dashboard and paste your first prospect URL.
